Yellowfin tuna is one of the most versatile fish when it comes to food preparation. Firm in texture and delicate in flavor, it can be served and prepared a number of ways anywhere from raw to fully-cooked. Asian flavors tend to complement this particular fish best, but tropical ingredients or even a splash of lemon juice works great too.
