Cape Grim beef is the finest quality, hand-selected, flavourful, wholesome grass-fed beef, guaranteed to be tender and juicy.
It is a very good quality tender rump, great for stir fry and beef stroganoff as well as steak, it is ideal for roasting, or can be thinly sliced to provide an inexpensive frying steak. The leg is the top of the back leg, which is usually sliced and has similar qualities to shin. Best suited to slow, moist methods of cooking.
