Ocean Chef Moreton Bay Bugs are split, cleaned and ready to cook. They have been paired with a delicious garlic and herb sauce and snap frozen in a foil baking tray meaning fresh flavour and convenience has never been to easy. Serve as an entree or as the centre piece of an indulgent meal.
Oven Bake:
Preheat oven and baking tray to 200°C (or 180°C fan forced). Cook the Moreton Bay Bugs flesh side down for 18 minutes. Remove tray from the oven and allow the Moreton Bay Bugs to rest for 2 minutes prior to serving. Plate Moreton Bay Bugs flesh side up on a serving platter, pouring the remaining garlic and herb butter over the top. Ensure the Bugs are cooked all the way through or until piping hot in the centre.
