Cooking Instructions: Sear Sockeye Salmon with Dill Sauce
1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then sear the salmon on a non-stick pan over medium heat each side for 2 minutes.
2. For the sauce, simply add 40g butter to the pan until melted.
3. Add 1 tsp of dill, 1 clove of chopped garlic, and a pinch of salt to the melted butter.
(optional: add 1tbsp flour to thicken the sauce)
4. Add lemon juice on the seared salmon, then pour the sauce.
