8 Siciliana Black Olives and Parmesan Sausages
Our butchers have carefully selected small batches of 100% Australian Free Range Pork. This pork is then coarsely ground and mixed with Parmesan cheese, sliced black olives and fresh chopped spring onion to create these flavour packed sausages.
Cooking tip:
BBQ/Pan fry: Heat hot plate to medium heat. Add vegetable oil to hot plate and cook sausage for approximately 12-15 minutes while turning frequently.
Grill: Heat grill to medium heat. Lightly brush sausages with vegetable oil and cook for approximately for 12 - 25 minutesĀ while turning frequently.

Don't prick your sausages - best to keep all those natural juices and flavours in!
